AppGestio s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic, is the controller of your personal data collected through appgestio.com.
We collect data you provide when registering or contacting us: name, email address, company name, phone number. We also collect usage data (pages visited, feature usage) to improve our service.
We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interest (improving the product), and your consent (marketing communications).
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors (hosting, email delivery) under data processing agreements, all within the EU/EEA.
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and up to 3 years after termination, unless a longer retention is required by law.
